In a beautiful house full of interbellic perfume and a warm atmosphere, you will find the charm of four different cultures in four halls: Classic, Japanese, Indian and Little Paris. White cast iron chairs and  tables in the garden, lanterns, green lawn and beautiful flowers. When it comes to the house apparently they couldn’t decide so there would be one floor more Asian, next more Indian and last, but not least, third more granny-like French. There is a fire place, a piano and in wintertime even a Christmas tree. In the summer, there is a beautiful terrace outside! They offer more than 100 varieties of tea, as well as sandwiches, cakes, cookies, jams, and a shop where you can buy tea, tea accessories and kettles, old and new books. In Green Tea you have free access to wireless internet, cards, chess, scrabble and books.

Take a walk from Piata Romana on Blvd. Dacia to Str. Aurel Vlaicu to the right. Then head to the right again taking Intrarea Ioanid leading to Parcul Ioanid. This beautiful park dates from the 19th century and is surrounded by old last century houses. It is perfect to relax here on a warm spring afternoon and enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of this neighbourhood. If you take the opposite exit, it will take you to Piata Cantacuzino from where you should continue on Str. Dumbrava Rosie. There is a small entrance between majestic embassy buildings at house number 12. It will lead you to Serendipity teahouse. Serendipity with its cheerful decorative butterflies and two swings in the yard with small stones, with intimate décor, dimly lit, is the right choice on both cloudy and sunny days! All you have to do is find this place, well hidden, tucked away in a backyard.
