This is the newest stadium in the city, having been finalized in 2011. This stadium used to be called Lia Manoliu Stadium. The arena has 55,000 seats, a retractable ceiling, 94 access points, conference rooms, restaurants. A carpark with 1,200 spaces is expected to be completed by December 2011. But make sure to arrive there with at least 30 minutes before any game as they usually do not open all access gates.

Don’t laugh at the name! This is the home of the red-white team, Dinamo Bucharest. The stadium is painted red and white just like its fans.

This is the home of Bucharest’s’ third team, Rapid Bucuresti.
Other stadiums, smaller than these, are Cotroceni stadium at 37 Doctor Lister St., and Parcul Copilului or the Rugby stadium located near the Arcul de Triumf on St. Siret.
