The Bucharest City Hall organizes temporary Peasants’ Markets in town. They offer cheap and large selections of seasonal produce, dairy products and meats. They usually take place on Saturdays and Sundays at the following locations:
Sector 3: 24, Carol I Blvd., in the courtyard of the Ministry of Agriculture (opposite the National Theatre)
Sector 4: Parcul Tineretului, next to the Palatul Copiilor (Children’s Palace)
